Easy Cheese Sauce

Summary:
Great if you are not in the mood for just plain vegetables! (although those are good too!)

Ingredients:
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Directions:
- In a small saucepan, melt butter.
- Stir in flour, paprika, and thyme until blended.
- Gradually add milk
- Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
- Reduce heat; add cheese, stirring until melted.
