Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 in cubes
2 tbsp & 2 tsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 gloves minced garlic
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 cup beef broth
2 potatoes, diced
2-3 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
Directions:
1. Place meat in crock pot. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper. Pour over meat and stir to coat with flour mixture.
2. Add in everything else.
3. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours (OR on high for 4-6 hours)
