Italian Meatballs

Summary:
These are great to add into a boring plate of spagetti to make it a little more exciting!

Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 medium onion
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Italian seasonings
Dried basil

Directions:
-Mix all ingredients together. Mixture should be moist but not so that the meatballs fall apart.
-Shape meatballs into small size and place on broiler pan.
-Broil until oustide is slightly brown on one side and then turn to broil on the other side.
-When finished, add to spagetti and simmer for at least 20 minutes (unless cooked through already)
