Blackberry Freezer Jam

Summary:
This is by no way fat free but is tastey and good for the one million blackberries Corey's parents grow every summer!
Ingredients:
3 cups crushed blackberries
5 1/4 cup sugar (I told you it was bad for you!)
1 box Sure-Jell fruit pectin
Directions:
-Mix sugar and berries in large bowl.
-Let stand for 10 minutes
-Mix 3/4 cup water and Sure-Jell in small saucepan. Bring to a full boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
-Stir into fruit and continue stirring for 3 minutes.
-Immediately put into freexer jars or containers, leaving 1/2 inch space at top.
-Cover with lids and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours.
-Store in freezer until ready to use.
