Broccoli Chicken Casserole

Summary:
The recipe I got this from (and added my own flare to!) says it serves 4 but we usually get more like 8 meals out of this. Especially if you cook up rice to mix in with it- which I don't do but Corey likes!
Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 tsp paprika
1 pound broccoli florets, steamed
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom (Or chicken) soup
1/2 chopped onion
chopped garlic
onion powder
Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Cook chicken, garlic, paprika, and onions in saute pan until done.
3. Steam broccoli until crisp but tender (usually 3-4 minutes)
4. In a large owl, mix together the soup, milk, onion powder, italian seasoning and cheese.
5. Add in chicken mixture and broccoli and mix well.
6. spread in 9X13 baking dish
7. Sprinkle cornflakes, italian breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese over top.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes
