Momma Jewell's Little Cheddar Meatloafs

Summary:
This is a great little recipe straight from Momma Jewell's kitchen.There is an optional ketchup and brown sugar topping that we leave off because it tastes good without the added calories. You'll never want traditional meatloaf again! :)

Ingredients:
1 pound uncooked lean ground beef
1 egg
3/4 cup 2% milk
1 cup Kraft low-fat Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
1 onion chopped
1 tsp sea salt

Directions:
-Mix all ingredients and shape into 8 loaves
-Place in a 9 X 13 pan (foiled or spray with pam)
-Put on optional topping
-Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
